The NeurOptimal® neurofeedback system can give your brain the tune-up it needs to help you feel great again. Most people achieve long-term benefits by doing 20-30 sessions with the system over the course of a one or two month rental. Sessions are 33 minutes each, during which you can relax, read a book, or close your eyes while the system plays music and trains your brain.

Once you receive your package, schedule your setup call with our trainer or use the provided instructions to get started immediately.
Do a session daily or every other day. Most people start to notice changes within 5-10 sessions.
At the end of your rental period, drop the rental off to FedEx. Shipping is prepaid for your convenience.

Renting a NeurOptimal® system is simple and hassle-free. You can place an order directly through our online storefront or reach out to us via email if you have any questions. If you need a system for a specific future date, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate your schedule.
Once your payment is complete, we’ll email you a rental agreement and renter guidelines. Please review, sign, and return the agreement, making sure to read through the guidelines so you feel fully prepared. As soon as we receive your signed contract, we’ll ship your system via FedEx Ground within 24 hours. Most orders arrive within 2 days, though shipping times may vary, especially during holidays or to certain locations. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
At the end of your rental period, returning the system is just as easy. Simply repackage it the same way it arrived and drop it off at any FedEx location using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide. If it’s more convenient, FedEx also offers free home pickup, so you don’t even have to leave your house.
