What is the the rental process?
Payments are billed monthly. Upon completion of your first payment, we will email you a rental agreement. Please fill it out, sign, and return it to us within 24 hours. Your order will be shipped promptly via FedEx ground service within 24 hours of receiving the signed agreement from you and normally arrives within 3-7 days, though in some cases it takes longer. We will provide you with a tracking number.
The rental period starts the day after the system is delivered to you. If the unit does not arrive on the date the tracking states, please let us know and we will adjust your rental dates accordingly so that you do not miss any days of training.
When your rental period is over, simply repackage the system in the box in which you received it and take the package to any FedEx shipping location to mail it back to us using the return shipping label that we provided to you.
