Renting a NeurOptimal® system is simple and hassle-free. You can place an order directly through our online storefront or reach out to us via email if you have any questions. If you need a system for a specific future date, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate your schedule.

Once your payment is complete, we’ll email you a rental agreement and renter guidelines. Please review, sign, and return the agreement, making sure to read through the guidelines so you feel fully prepared. As soon as we receive your signed contract, we’ll ship your system via FedEx Ground within 24 hours. Most orders arrive within 3–5 days, though shipping times may vary, especially during holidays or to certain locations. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

At the end of your rental period, returning the system is just as easy. Simply repackage it the same way it arrived and drop it off at any FedEx location using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide. If it’s more convenient, FedEx also offers free home pickup, so you don’t even have to leave your house.
